Technical Specialist

*Shift: 8:00A - 4:30P

  • Reporting to the Director of Informatics & Technology, the Technical Specialist is responsible for installing, maintaining, and providing PC's, printers, and other peripherals that the Hospital utilizes.  Background of troubleshooting computers and printer issues is essential.  This position requires the ability to handle multiple projects and work closely with the Network and Systems Engineers as well as other IT staff as necessary.


  • Associates Degree in Computer Science or Certification such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware is preferred.

  • Four (4) years of experience in Information Technology Field highly preferred.
  • Must have experience in Customer Service, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems & Applications, Microsoft Active Directory Microsoft Exchange, PowerShell; IP Networking, and Printer/Print Server Management.
  • Experience in a hospital/healthcare setting is highly preferred
