POSITION SUMMARY:
- The Senior Marketing and Community Relations Specialist, under the direction of the Director of Marketing, Foundation and Community Relations, is responsible for the implementation of marketing and communications tactics that strengthen the brand, service lines, and programs. This role provides comprehensive support and assistance with day-to-day department activities, exercising independent judgment and creativity. In addition, this role will provide project support to the Director, Marketing, and others as needed. Essential to the job are strong interpersonal writing, community engagement and outreach, design, crisis communications, organizational and communication skills, ability to multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/License/Certification:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience/Skills:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in healthcare marketing or related healthcare experience.
