Seasonal Clinical Dietitian 

Shift: Days, 7:30am - 5:00pm
This position requires full time availability and will work 40 hours a week for 13 weeks. 

  • Under the direction of the Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) Director and the Clinical Nutrition Manager, the Registered Clinical Dietitian performs nutrition screening/assessment, in-patient diet counseling for both inpatients and outpatients, patient visitation, diet consults, documentation in patient medical record and department records, and performance improvement and monitoring. 


  • Individual must be Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. An individual is required to obtain 75 CEU’s every five (5) years to maintain CDR.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics is required. Membership to Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is encouraged.
  • Safe Serve Certification is highly desired.
  • BLS is required, or must be obtained within three months of hire. 

  • At least 1 year experience as a Dietitian is required
  • Must be knowledgeable in current diet therapy practices.
  • Should be familiar with food service systems operations.
  • Supervisory experience desirable.
