Occupational Therapist - DP/SNF - Per Diem
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have and maintain current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California.  Experience in Healthcare Occupational Therapy preferred.  Must have and maintain current BLS certification or obtain within orientation process, prior to hands-on patient care.

 
The Occupational Therapist for DP/SNF reports to the Director of DP/SNF in collaboration with the Administrative Director of Imaging Services and PT for clinical issues. The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing quality Occupational Therapy services to both Inpatients and Outpatients, according to standard Physical Therapy practice.
 
Must be able to work normal/scheduled working hours which may include Holidays, call-backs, weeknights, weekends, and on-call in the Director's absence. Agrees to participate, as directed, in emergencies and community disasters during scheduled and unscheduled hours.

The employee must work well under pressure, meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines; and the incumbent shall at all times demonstrate a cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors from all departments of the Hospital and government agency employees.
