LVN - DP/SNF (*$2,500 Sign-On Bonus)

*Shift: 6:45P - 7:15A Variable
* Sign-On: $2,500 (Must have 1 year LVN Experience)

POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Under general supervision of the Director, Clinical Manager and RN. The LVN delivers patient care within LVN scope of practice to the ages of the patients served.
  • Demonstrates the ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of the patient’s needs and has an understanding of the range of treatment needed for all patient groups.  

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/License/Certification:
  • Current CA Licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
  • Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or obtain within orientation process, prior to hands-on patient care.

Experience/Skills:
  •  1 year LVN experience in Sub-Acute Setting highly preferred
