POSITION SUMMARY:
- Under the general direction of the Food & Nutrition Service Director, the Cook functions in all food preparation and provides direction in the absence of Food Service leadership.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/License/Certification:
- Should have high school diploma or equivalent
- SerSafe is highly preferred.
Experience/Skills:
- Cooking experience preferred for at least two years in large scale institutional/commercial cooking industry.
- Hospital food service experience preferred.
- Serv safe certificate preferred.
