C.N.A. - DP/SNF (*$1,000 Sign-On Bonus)
*Sign-On Bonus (Must have 1 Year of experience)

*Shift: 6:45P- 7:15A

POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) performs individually assigned patient care activities based upon established patient care policies and procedures.  Specific areas of responsibility include:  monitoring of patient vital signs, providing patient hygiene and comfort measures, assisting with medical procedures, fulfilling nutritional needs, and maintenance of a record of the care provided as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/License/Certification:
  • Must have and maintain current licensure as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of California.
  • Must have and maintain BLS certification within orientation process, prior to hands-on patient care.

Experience/Skills:
  • Must have acute care experience
  • Must have experience working as a C.N.A. in a long-term care setting.
